About the Theme
The central Indiana community can plan to attend or participate in special events inspired by our waterways, such as history lessons, making or viewing art, inventions, poems, songs, games, and much more as part of this year’s 2016 White River Festival theme of history. In conjunction with activities that incorporate everything from art and science to service and entertainment, the festival chooses a new theme annually in an effort to draw the public’s attention to various aspects of the river.
